1. Lübeck Urban Art Festival

The City of Lübeck is organising the 1st Lübeck Urban Art Festival from 5 to 9 July this year, presenting the diverse forms of expression of urban art off the beaten cultural track.

The selected artists for the festival are Sainer, Stohead, Satrxx, Jula Benz, Plusminus3, Bond Truluv and Mick La Rock. Each of them will create a large-scale mural, a so-called “mural”. These murals will be spread across various city quarters and serve as unique landmarks. In addition to the murals, there will also be an extensive supporting programme that will cover the entire city space. It includes workshops, hands-on activities, concerts, film screenings and much more to provide low-threshold cultural experiences for young people in particular and to invite them to participate.

The festival centre is located in the former Phoenix Pharmacy at Breite Straße 11 and offers information about the festival and programme, as well as pop-up events and a place to meet and get to know each other.
